By installing or using Email Extractor PRO (“the Plugin”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Plugin.
2. License and Usage
- Grant: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin for personal or business purposes.
- Restrictions: You may not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Plugin.
- Use it for illegal or abusive purposes (e.g., spam harvesting).
3. Google API Permissions
The Plugin requests the following read-only scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly: To search/extract emails (no modifications).https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly: To export data to Sheets (if enabled).https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.storage: To store temporary user settings (local only).https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request: For optional license validation.
No email content is stored or transmitted to external servers.
4. Payment and Refunds
- Pricing: One-time purchase of €39 (or local equivalent).
- Free Trial: 7-day trial available.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Plugin, refunds are not provided post-purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Plugin is provided “as is”. We are not liable for:
- Data loss or inaccuracies in extracted emails.
- Gmail API disruptions or Google-side issues.
- No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties (express or implied).
6. Termination
We may revoke access if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Abuse the Plugin (e.g., excessive API calls).

Updates will be posted here. Continued use = acceptance.
