Terms of Service for Batch QR Sharing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Batch QR Sharing (“the Add-on”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Add-on.

2. License and Usage

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on for personal or business purposes.
  • You may not modify, distribute, or resell the Add-on without permission.

3. Google Drive Permissions

  • The Add-on requests access to your Google Drive files only to generate QR codes.
  • No file contents are read, stored, or shared by us.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Pricing: The Add-on is available for a one-time payment of €30.
  • Free Trial: A 7-day trial is available for users to test the Add-on before purchase.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available after purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any data loss, errors, or issues arising from the use of the Add-on.
  • The Add-on is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Add-on if there is misuse, violation of these Terms, or abuse of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Add-on signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
